#44 Early barrels, gunmetal glaze, 7/5 hole set, no marks. This rare Norman glaze dates these to the 1936-1938 period. Gunmetal has a patchy iridescent sheen over black. The difference is subtle and can be seen here only in the highlight areas. This is the only shaker set in gunmetal I have ever seen.
